Expert Commercial HVAC Maintenance in Sacramento, CA

Commercial HVAC maintenance keeps your Sacramento facility running through every season. Hot & Cold HVAC inspects, cleans, and tunes commercial systems in office buildings, retail spaces, and warehouses. Sacramento summers regularly push past 100°F, which puts heavy strain on condensers, compressors, and refrigerant circuits. Without scheduled maintenance, that heat stress leads to unplanned breakdowns and higher energy bills. Our technicians check electrical connections, test refrigerant charge, clean coils, inspect belts, and calibrate controls. We also verify that your system meets California's commercial building energy standards. Each visit includes a written service report so you have a clear record of system condition. Whether you manage one building or several properties in Sacramento, a planned maintenance program helps you avoid costly emergency repairs and keeps your tenants and staff comfortable year-round. Contact Hot & Cold HVAC to schedule a maintenance visit for your Sacramento commercial property.

Each visit covers coil cleaning, refrigerant verification, electrical connection checks, belt and filter inspection, and controls calibration. You also receive a written report of system condition after every Sacramento service call.

Temperatures above 100°F force condensers and compressors to work harder, raising discharge pressure and increasing wear. Regular maintenance before peak season helps your Sacramento system handle that heat load without tripping out or failing.

Commercial systems handle higher cooling loads, multi-zone demands, and stricter California energy compliance requirements than residential units. Hot & Cold HVAC technicians are trained specifically on commercial equipment common to Sacramento facilities.

Watch for rising energy bills, uneven temperatures across zones, unusual noises, or reduced airflow from vents. These are common indicators that your Sacramento system needs a professional inspection before a larger failure occurs.

Hot and cold has been maintaining our ac systems for years. They changed out 2 roof top units for our business a few years back. Great work with zero issues. They also did my house. Great company and highly recommend them.

Tim from hot & cold came out for second opinion after another company said our system couldn’t be repaired. Then they quotes us 15k for a new system. Tim had our system repaired in a couple hours and said it should be replace in the near future since it’s 18 years old. We plan on having hot $ cold replace our system next month for thousands cheaper than the other company quote. We really appreciate the honesty professionalism from time to time. Highly recommend this company.

Hot and cold came out to our house fixed our air conditioner, gave us a quote to replace our old system, we plan on having them out to put in a new system. They showed up on time and their prices were fair, Tim seemed very knowledgeable. Thank you for the help.

We had a freon leak and, of course, it happened during the triple digit heat wave when we needed AC the most! We were referred to Tim and he was able to fit us in his schedule right away. He was able to identify the source of the leak and repair it. He stands by his great work and his company is also reasonably priced. Our neighbors have also been having AC issues and we've been referring everyone to Tim! We'll be keeping his contact info for any future needs!
